The summer transfer period is well underway, with over £200 million being spent already – and a lot more expected before the end of the window. To celebrate the upcoming season, we will be producing an infographic profile of the biggest summer signings, starting with Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling.

Purchased by the former Premier League champions for a reported £49 million from rivals Liverpool, Sterling is one of England’s most exciting young prospects and a talented (if expensive) acquisition for City.
