Japanese artist Ramon Todo has made stunning alterations to naturally found rocks by inserting a polished layer of glass, transforming them into mystifying sculptural objects.
The finish is smooth giving a sense that the rocks were somehow found that way. This intervention injects commonplace objects such as rocks with intrigue and value, developing the everyday into something extraordinary.
